Our gastronomic concept has its origins in our family-run farming business. Our farm is situated close to our hotel and restaurant.
The specialities produced in our kitchens are based on meat from our home-reared and controlled Limousin cattle and "Lëtzebuerger Poulet".
Our "transparent" farming methods reveal the close relationship between humans and nature. We protect the environment, feed our animals naturally and use environmentally friendly natural products. We are actively engaged in a wide range of environmental programmes and are committed to biodiversity.
